Contemporary dwelling with ocean views and low-maintenance featuress
Designing a contemporary dwelling that seamlessly blends with a steep site while providing breathtaking ocean views is a challenging task for Top Garden.
The entrance and entertainment area were carefully designed to create an inviting atmosphere using durable Vitex wood that ages gracefully into a beautiful silver hue. Safety was a top priority, and we installed aluminum fence on retaining walls at 1.2m high to prevent falls. White PVC fence was also installed as boundary fence, following the slope of the site and maintaining a height of 1.8m at the front and 1m at the back to ensure the ocean view remains unobstructed.
To ensure low maintenance, Top Garden kept the planting around the house to a minimum while strategically placing large vegetation in the backyard to provide ample greenery.
