Top Garden was engaged to deliver the full landscape construction for the Kōkōwhai residential development, creating safe, low-maintenance, and welcoming outdoor spaces for residents.
The design features flowing gravel paths, contoured grass mounds, automatic irrigation, and durable planting with native and subtropical species. Timber benches and concrete picnic tables encourage outdoor use and social interaction.
